Digital Products – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Print-on-Demand Products – All Sales Final
All printed posters and physical products are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the limited cases outlined below.
Print Fulfillment Disclaimer
Printed products are produced and shipped through Gelato, a global print-on-demand fulfillment provider. Gelato fulfills orders by routing them to local, independent print facilities closest to the customer to reduce shipping time and environmental impact.
These print facilities are not owned by or directly affiliated with Bible Study Visuals, and minor variations in printing may occur as a result of local production processes.
Exceptions – Defects and Fulfillment Errors
We will provide a replacement or refund only if one of the following applies:

Manufacturing defect: The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a production error

Shipping damage: The product is damaged during transit

Wrong item: You received an incorrect product
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
